Dr Jatish Chandra Mohanty, (Dsc.) Sr. IAS, founder president of the Samruddha Odisha have had a long and successful career as a sincere, honest and efficient officer of the Indian Administrative Service for nearly three decades in the State of Andhra Pradesh. This penchant for serving people, first instilled by his father, eventually turned into a deep inspiration to form a political party for the transformation of the very poor & backward but most resourceful state 'ODISHA' in the country.
